New NCS model is presented considering network induced delays in both measurement and actuation channels. These delay functions are assumed to be unknown but bounded. To compensate this network imperfection, a state prediction technique is developed. The framework efficiency is demonstrated on numerical simulations. © 2019 IEEE. |
