First, a set of existance conditions is deduced as well as a simple process to built the Luenberger-like interval observer. Then, by utilizing the interval estimation of residual signals a FD procedure is developed. Finally, the validity and the effectiveness of the suggested method is verified by a numerical example. © 2022 IEEE. |
