IoT has the potential to transform industries and enable new forms of innovation and efficiency, but it also poses challenges in terms of privacy, security, and data management. As the number of connected devices continues to grow, it will be essential to develop standards and best practices to assure IoT system reliability and safety. To accomplish these obstacles of efficient data sharing and authorized access control, otherwise decentralized automation, security, and stakeholder trust management in the IoT, a new technology called Blockchain has emerged. In this context, this paper introduces Blockchain technology, which is characterized by decentralization, transparency, and immutability. It can be used to solve some of the challenges facing IoT systems, such as data security and confidentiality. In addition, this paper presents a study on the contribution of blockchain technology (BC) and access control (AC) methods in IoT systems. © 2023 IEEE. |

As a key part of Industry 4.0, IoT has been widely used in various industrial fields. The integration of Blockchain and IoT technologies in Industry 4.0 plays an important role in improving the performance of systems in Industry. This integration improves classic deterministic interactions between industrial devices to become intelligent interactions. Blockchain is an advanced technology that leads to robust distributed applications. It is a tamperproof, decentralized, immutable and transparent database. In this paper, we present the principle of monetization as a principle of interaction between industrial objects. By integrating Blockchain and smart contract technology, industrial objects can exchange services according to the principle of monetization in a transparent and secure manner. © 2023 IEEE. |

Smart electronic medical record based on blockchain technology to combat Covid-19 pandemic Conférence Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc., 2022, ISBN: 9781665471084, (cited By 0). Résumé | Liens | BibTeX | Étiquettes: Access control; Blockchain; Distributed ledger; Health care; Hospital data processing; Internet of things; Medical computing; Viruses, Block-chain; Covid-19; Electronic medical record; Follow up; Healthcare; Information concerning; IoT; Medical data; Medical record; Smart electronics, Smart contract @conference{Mhamdi2022698, The medical record is a crucial element in the follow-up of a patient. It includes the opinions of healthcare specialists, analyses, prescriptions, and all information concerning the patient. In fact, several actors such as the patient, the doctor, the pharmacist participate in the process of sharing and managing this file. But after the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the use and exchange of paper became dangerous. This need has pushed researchers to find solutions to minimize contact and save medical data in a secure and accessible way. For this purpose, we propose to investigate blockchain distributed ledger technology to manage electronic medical record. Blockchain technology provides just such a solution in the form of a distributed and secure registry that allows patients not only to have visibility over their data, but also to control access to it. In this article, we present a smart electronic medical record based on smart contract. We discuss relevant requirements to guarantee the security of patient data and then propose the system communication process. © 2022 IEEE. |

To guarantee (he services offered by IoV, it is necessary to consider the exchange of a large amount of information without human intervention and in a decentralized manner. To overcome these challenges, the use of blockchain technology is required. This technology is supported by the concept of smart contracts and implements the notion of decentralized applications (DApp). Our objective is, then, to design a decentralized application that brings together all the services accessible by vehicles. The user, depending on the type of service, can filter the search result and benefit from the appropriate service. Via this paper, we present the basic concepts to be used in the development of our platform such as blockchain, smart contracts, DApp and their relationship with IoV. We model the communication between the different actors of the system as well as the design of the proposed framework. © 2021 IEEE |
