The rectifier is designed by using microstrip technology on FR4 substrate, it is based on a single diode in series as topology and operates at 3.5 GHz corresponding to 5G band. The structure represents good results which demonstrate more than 21 dB input power range with an efficiency higher than 30 % and a peak of efficiency reached 67.6% and a voltage of 2.51 V for an input power of 14.8 dBm and a load of 310 Ω. © 2023 IEEE. |
