The studied system is an uncertain singular neutral variable time-delay. First, H∞ controller is developed to guarantee robust stabilization of the closed loop system. Then, an adaptive observer is designed to achieve the fault and state vector estimation. Finally, simulation results are presented to prove the theoretical development. © 2021 IEEE. |
