Résumé | Liens | BibTeX | Étiquettes: A-stable, Additive noise, Estimation errors, Fractional systems, Free response, Initialization, Interval observers, Linear systems, Non negatives, Numerical methods, Pseudo state @article{BelHajFrej2020b, In this paper an interval observer is synthesized for fractional linear systems with additive noise and disturbances. The contribution of system whole past to future output is taken into account as an initialization function. Provided the initialization function is upper and lower bounded, it is shown in this paper that the fractional interval observer (FIO) allows to bound pseudo-state free responses by an upper and a lower trajectory. In case interval observers cannot be synthesized straightforwardly, so as to obtain a stable and non-negative estimation error, it is shown that a change of coordinates allows to overcome this problem. The proposed methodology allows to bound fractional systems trajectories when the whole past is unknown but can be bounded. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods on the initialization of fractional linear systems. © 2019 Elsevier B.V. |

This new strategy improves the performances of existing methods and ensures better convergence conditions. The observer and the controller are enriched with sliding windows of measurements and estimated states, respectively. This technique allows to increase the number of decision variables and thus get less restrictive and more general LMI conditions. The established sufficient stability conditions are in the form of Bilinear Matrix Inequality (BMI). The obtained constraint is transformed, through a useful approach, to a more suitable one easily tractable by standard software algorithms. Numerical example is given to illustrate the performances of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2020 The Authors. This is an open access article under the CC BY-NC-ND license |

Résumé | Liens | BibTeX | Étiquettes: @article{Mizouri2020281b, Quadrotor UAV is a highly coupled and under-actuated system. Estimation of the dynamic model is an important step for the quadrotor control design. In this chapter, two modelling methods are proposed to determine the dynamic model of a quadrotor prototype. Firstly a mathematical model is developed to describe the quadrotor 6 degrees of freedom using Euler–Lagrange formalism. The unknown model parameters are then obtained using calculations and experimental tests. In the second method the roll system is estimated using closed loop identification method and frequency domain analysis. The simulation results are compared with practical responses. Both of the two methods shows good performances. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2020. |

Time-delay fractional Luenberger observer without unknown input and time-delay fractional unknown input observer are developed and used for fault detection and isolation. A single observer scheme is needed for fault detection and a bank of generalized (respectively dedicated) observers is required for fault isolation. A theoretical study investigating the convergence condition for each observer-based method in terms of matrix inequalities is presented. Residual sensitivities to faults and to disturbances are studied. Time-delay fractional unknown input observer parameters are computed to obtain structured residuals. This observer ensures unknown input decoupling from the state which results residual insensitive to unknown inputs. It provides useful information for environmental projects and ecosystem management. To succeed the mapping task, interest should be given to select a suitable classification algorithm. The recent advances in machine learning have shown the very great performances of the deep neural networks for many applications including the land cover mapping. The purpose of this work is to exploit the performance of Convolutional Neural Networks CNN to classify a GeoEye satellite image. Two CNN models with three and four convolution layers are tested to show the impact of the number of layers on the accuracy result. However, data reduction is considered as a powerful model which significantly reduces execution time. This work presents a new fuzzy clustering ensemble model based on cluster forests method (CF) that can simultaneously reduce the execution time and consists mainly of two steps: generation of clusters instances and aggregation of global models. In the beginning, this algorithm makes multiple clusters instances using fuzzy clustering bdrFCM technique. Secondly, it aggregates this clusters to obtain final results using Ncut spectral clustering. We call it as FCE-CF approach. This proposed method is guided by cluster validity index kappa. Experimental results demonstrate that the FCE-CF outperforms the existing clustering methods in terms of time and memory on big data UCI repository. |

Next, we ameliorate the CF algorithm with the integration of SAFCM to find also the best number of K groups. Finally, the modified version normalized cuts spectral clustering (Ncut) is applied to general grouping. The proposed algorithm was tested on datasets from UCI Machine Learning Repository. Mots clés : Commande anticipative, systèmes `a temps discret, commande robuste, filtre anticipatif, H2, H∞. Abstract The work presented in this thesis is part of the study of the effectiveness of CRONE control with anticipative effect in the problems of tracking and control for monovariable and multivariable systems. The anticipation objective is to design a control algorithm that minimizes a quadratic error between the reference and the output of the system and at the same time achieve a good level of the control signal. The proposed solution combines a robust feedback control with a feedforward control. The feedforward action uses optimality criteria and an anticipative filter which is designed in the frequency domain using a mix of H2 et H∞ constraints. The reduction of the number of parameters of the anticipative filter by using a slower sampling period for the anticipative filter is treated. Academic examples highlight the theoretical developments. A practical application on a hydraulic control system has shown the efficiency of the developed approach. Résumé | Liens | BibTeX | Étiquettes: Thèse @phdthesis{ZinaBougatef2019, This work focuses on model-based fault diagnosis as well as fault-tolerant control of time-delayed Singularly Perturbed Systems (SPS) and Linear Parameter-Varying (LPV) with delay. Stability analysis is performed based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theory. Observers are dedicated either to state estimation or to fault detection. Two methods of diagnosis are applied for fault detection and isolation. For LPV systems, the developed approaches have been applied to two examples of real processes ; a truck trailer and a Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC). Then, two types of Fault Tolerant Control (FTC) are used to maintain the stability of delayed SPS even in the presence of faults such as trajectory tracking (PI control) and output-feedback control. Simulation examples illustrate these contributions. Keywords : Diagnosis ; Fault Tolerant Control ; Delayed SPS ; LPV delayed systems. |
